Mulcher for PRUNING RESIDUES

The PICKER®/F is a flail mower designed by Berti for medium-power tractors (80–140 HP). Designed for demanding jobs, it is ideal for cutting and shredding pruning residues up to 15 cm in diameter. 

The mulcher is available in front and rear configurations, with forged and tempered A and DF2 type hammer rotors, the latter specifically designed for forestry use.

The PICKER®/F tackles challenging terrain and stubborn residues with maximum efficiency, ensuring durability and high performance even in the most difficult conditions.

 

Available with a working width of 160 or 180 cm, it allows you to optimise time and increase productivity without compromise.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

  • Fixed 3-point linkage, Cat. I-II.
  • Double chassis.
  • Setup for Front/Push application, only.
  • Gearbox with double free wheel and through shaft.
  • Pick-up rotor with hydraulic transmission through self- lubricating chain with speed-adjusting valve.
  • “Pick-up” rotor
  • Rear discharge through wear-proof grid Ø 60.
  • Counter blades.
  • Full automatic belt tensioner.
  • Rear roller Ø 159, height adjustable, with scraper.
  • Forged and hardened BERTI hammers type “A” or “DF2”.
  • Frontal conveying guards.
  • Front rubber wheels, height adjustable.
  • PTO 1000 rpm (PTO 540 rpm on request).
