In accordance with the commitments declared and undertaken in the Code of Ethics, BERTI has complied with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001, which introduced a system of administrative – but in fact criminal – liability for companies for certain types of offences, by adopting a specific organisational model (known as “Model 231”).
The Model 231 adopted by BERTI, the content of which complies with the provisions of the guidelines developed in this area by professional associations, consists of a “General Section” and individual “Special Sections” prepared for the various types of offences and crimes to be prevented.
Any violation or suspected violation of Model 231 and/or any other information relating to the implementation of Model 231 may be reported to the Supervisory Body of BERTI Macchine Agricole spa.
