ECOROW
MECHANICAL CULTIVATOR (SINGLE) FOR INTER-ROW CARE
The ECOROW is Berti’s new disc weeder designed for under-row cleaning. Suitable for tractors with 50–100 HP, it stands out for its drag-driven operation, ensuring ease of use, reduced maintenance, and closer contact with the soil.
Unlike wire-based solutions, the ECOROW does not simply cut the grass but uproots it, effectively working on the turfand providing a deeper and longer-lasting under-row management. The machine operates at high forward speeds, exceeding 8 km/h, which requires rows with straight plants to ensure smooth and safe operation.
The model is equipped with star-shaped wear-resistant discs, available in two-, three-, or four-element configurations, mounted on sliding guides with Berti extruded profiles for maximum precision. The implement also features an independent hydraulic jack for frame widening, allowing the machine to adapt to different row widths and planting conditions.
The standard disc can be replaced with various finger disc options – Ø54 or Ø70 in HARD or SOFT versions, up to a Ø100 SOFT finger disc – enabling the operator to customize the machine based on soil type, plant age, and desired aggressiveness.
The ECOROW can also be equipped with stone guards, 25 kg counterweights, support wheels, and a three-function joystick kit, creating a modular and highly customizable system.
