DISC MOWER ON INDEPENDENT FRAME

The RM AD/TL is a blade disc inter-row mower designed for under-row cleaning in vineyards and orchards, a professional implement engineered to provide precise and controlled operation. It is available in two main configurations, 90/140 and 140/240, and can be fitted with three different disc diameters: 70–110 cm with Ø 450 mm, 120–210 cm with Ø 650 mm (standard), and over 220 cm with Ø 800 mm, allowing adaptation to different row geometries and spacing.

The disc performs optimally on mature plants (over four years old) and on flat terrain, where the cutting action is uniform and consistent. The implement features mechanical lateral shift, mechanical tilt, and mechanical height adjustment, while the disc return is via a mechanical spring, ensuring a simple and reliable response to obstacles encountered during operation.

Optional configurations include a hydraulic jack for lateral shift adjustment, with hoses and quick couplings, and a hydraulic jack for disc retraction, also equipped with quick couplings. Both options improve operational precision and reduce operator intervention. A heat exchanger is also available, useful for intensive operations or in particularly hot conditions.
