Shredder for stalks, straw, open field crop residues

The LAND/P BIOG is a shredder designed for handling grass, stalks, corn, vegetation residues, sugar cane, pineapple plants, sorghum and cover crops up to 8 cm in diameter, also designed for the recovery of agricultural by-products. In a single operation, it allows for the simultaneous shredding and harrowing of crop residues, optimising time and work in the field.

The plant residues are shredded as they enter the front of the machine and then conveyed by the modular conveyor belt to the rear. The belt deposits them on the ground on the left-hand side, forming a uniform windrow that facilitates collection operations.

The LAND/P BIOG is equipped as standard with double Strenx body, double transmission, floating hydraulic jacks, an oversized roller with roller cleaner to ensure stability even on wet ground, automatic belt tensioners to optimise power transmission and reduce maintenance, and hydraulic support legs for compact parking. The machine also features integrated LED lights and safety hooks for safe and easy road transport.

On request, it is possible to integrate the disc harrow kit and the double centrifugal clutch, making the LAND/P BIOG a professional, efficient and versatile solution for those who want to combine shredding and residue management in a single machine.
