EFX
FORESTRY MULCHER WITH FIXED TOOTH ROTOR
EFX is a fixed hammer forestry mulcher designed for clearing uncultivated land, undergrowth and plant residues up to 25 cm in diameter. It is available in widths of 200 and 220 cm and is compatible with tractors from 110 to 200 HP.
The machine is equipped with a fixed three-point hitch, double STRENX and HARDOX casing, side cardan transmission, rear bonnet with hydraulic opening and closing, adjustable skids and bolted counterweights, with automatic belt tensioner, ensuring robustness and operational reliability.
The Forestale SmoothCut rotor, with a diameter of 520 mm, can be fitted with double-plate XF blades, single-plate XP blades and fixed single-plate XWP blades in widia, all made of wear-resistant material for effective cutting even in the most challenging terrain.
Optional extras include a mechanical or hydraulic deflector, front and rear conveyor blades, a centrifugal clutch for gradual rotor start-up, and a rake kit for the bonnet and deflector, optimising residue management in the field.
