FORESTRY MULCHER WITH FIXED TOOTH ROTOR
FOREST PRO is a fixed hammer forestry mulcher designed for clearing uncultivated land, undergrowth and plant residues up to 50 cm in diameter, available in a working width of 250 cm and compatible with tractors from 250 to 400 HP.
It is equipped with a fixed three-point hitch, double STRENX and HARDOX casing, rear bonnet with hydraulic opening and closing, adjustable skids and bolted counterweights. It has a double automatic belt tensioner, double side cardan transmission and double hydrodynamic couplings, which allow for progressive and safe rotor start-up and optimal power management.
The Forestale SmoothCut rotor, with a diameter of 600 mm, can be equipped with fixed single-plate XP hammers or fixed single-plate hammers with widia inserts XWP, ensuring durability and high performance even in harsh conditions.
Optional extras include a cutter bar, depth skids, hydraulic levelling roller, ripper rake kit for bonnet or cutter bar, gearbox cooling kit, single-belt kit, Berti SAB alignment kit, to improve safety and productivity in the field.
