Hydraulic mulching head for excavators
LAND/SB is a hydraulic brush cutter designed for excavators with an operating weight between 12 and 20 tonnes, ideal for cutting grass, reeds, brambles, bushes and shrubs up to 10-12 cm in diameter. It is available in three working widths: 120, 160 and 200 cm, to suit different professional needs.
The structure is made with a double casing in Strenx, a high-strength material, while the side belt transmission is equipped with an automatic tensioner that ensures efficiency and reduced maintenance. The equipment is completed by the support roller, side slides, hydraulic piston motor and Berti Fluid Box system, which optimises the management of the hydraulic system.
The rotor is equipped with Berti type T1 forged and tempered hammers or, alternatively, with type YT1 knives. It is also equipped with bolted counter hammers, which improve the quality of shredding even on large pieces of woody material.
On request, it is possible to add a customised attachment saddle, a swivel turntable, a jack for opening/closing the bonnet, ON/OFF or proportional solenoid valves with push-button panel and motor upgrade can be added on request to configure the machine according to specific operational requirements.
