Hydraulic mulching head for excavators

LAND/SB A.V.T. is a hydraulic brush cutter designed for excavators with an operating weight between 12 and 20 tonnes, ideal for cutting grass, reeds, brambles, bushes and shrubs up to 10–12 cm in diameter. It is available in working widths of 120, 160 and 200 cm.

The machine is built with a double Strenx frame and is equipped with a side belt drive with automatic tensioner, support roller and skids. The hydraulic motor is a variable displacement piston motor and is integrated with the “Berti Fluid Box” management system. The rotor is equipped with forged and tempered BERTI hammers type T1 or, alternatively, with YT1 type knives; there are also sturdy bolted counter-hammers.

On request, the machine can be equipped with a customised attachment saddle, rotating turntable, hydraulic jack for opening and closing the bonnet, ON/OFF or proportional solenoid valve with push-button panel and hydraulic motor upgrade.
