Shredder for stalks, straw, open field crop residues
TSB is a Berti mulcher designed for handling grass, stalks, maize, vegetation residues, sugar cane, pineapple plants, sorghum and cover crops, working with materials with a maximum diameter of up to 8 cm. It can be used with tractors with power ratings between 60 and 140 HP and is available in working widths of 160, 180, 200, 220, 230, 250 and 280 cm. It comes standard with a double casing to ensure strength and robustness even in demanding conditions.
The category II three-point hitch is fixed, while on the 230 cm model it can be moved to two positions, offering greater flexibility of use. The rear bonnet can be opened for quick inspections and easy maintenance, ensuring continuous and safe operation.
The rotor can be equipped with 2YT or 3YT knives, or with T hammers, all fitted with bolted counter-knives, for uniform and effective shredding of even the most stubborn residues.
To meet different operational requirements, it is possible to integrate support skids, rear levelling roller, chain and rubber front guards, refinement kit and road signage kit on request, making the TSB a complete, versatile and professional solution for agricultural waste management.
