Shredder for stalks, straw, open field crop residues

The LAND/S is a robust and versatile mulcher designed for managing grass, stalks, corn, vegetation residues, sugar cane, pineapple plants, sorghum and cover crops, with a mulching capacity of up to 8 cm in diameter. It is designed to work with tractors from 70 to 150 HP and is available in sizes 160, 180, 200, 230, 250, 280 and 300 cm, so as to perfectly adapt to the needs of both medium-sized and larger farms.

The machine is built with a double Strenx body and bolted sides, materials that guarantee strength and durability even in the most demanding working conditions. The rear bonnet can be opened to allow immediate access to the shredding area for inspection. The three-point hitch is equipped with a hydraulic displacement system, which allows the position of the machine to be quickly adjusted in relation to the tractor’s trajectory, making work smoother and more precise.

The rotor can be equipped with Berti YT, YT2 or YT3 universal blades, or with T2 hammers, depending on the type of residue to be handled. A set of screw-on counter-knives is supplied as standard, together with a levelling roller with roller cleaning system, which ensures a uniform finish even on difficult terrain.

On request, the LAND/S can be further customised with a second row of counter blades, hydraulic bonnet opening and closing, a levelling roller with bolted bells, front chain guards, a road signalling kit and a second bolted counter blade, to increase the aggressiveness of the shredding action when necessary.
