POLARIS BIO is a rotary tiller designed for shallow working depths and high forward speeds, ideal for tractors with power ratings between 100 and 170 HP. It is the ideal solution for professional seedbed preparation, ensuring high-quality work even in intensive farming contexts.

The machine is available in sizes 250, 280 and 300 and is designed to offer maximum robustness, reliability and working precision.

Standard equipment includes a Cat. II three-point hitch, a 1000 rpm speed change and a side gearbox in oil bath, which ensures long life and low maintenance. With a 1000 rpm PTO, the rotor operates at 286 rpm, allowing for effective and uniform processing even at high speeds.

The rotor with 6 inward-facing square flanges ensures excellent crushing and refinement of the soil. The working depth is adjusted using the skids and front wheels, for precise control in all operating conditions. The hydraulic adjustment of the bonnet allows the machine to be quickly adapted to the type of soil and the desired result.

Upon request, POLARIS BIO can be equipped with double welded flange rotor for more demanding applications and with cardan shaft equipped with automatic limiter, further increasing safety and reliability during operation.
