GIOVE BIO is a rotary tiller designed for shallow working depths and higher speeds, ideal for tractors with power ratings between 70 and 130 HP. It is specifically designed for the professional preparation of seedbeds, ensuring high-quality soil refinement even at high forward speeds.

The machine is available in sizes 155, 165, 185, 205, 230, 250, 280 and 300 and is equipped with slides as standard, which ensure precise and constant adjustment of the working depth.

Standard equipment includes a Cat. II three-point hitch, a 1000 rpm speed change and a rotor optimised for high performance. With a 1000 rpm PTO, the rotor operates at 257 or 337 rpm, enabling fast and effective soil cultivation. The side transmission with oil-bath gears ensures robustness, reliability and a long operating life, while the cardan joint with safety clutch protects the machine from overload.

The rotor with 6 inward-facing square blades ensures uniform and refined processing. Depth adjustment is controlled by the slides and front wheels, which allow for accurate control of the operation depending on ground conditions. The equipment is completed by the hydraulic adjustment of the bonnet, which allows the machine to be quickly adapted to the type of work required.
