FB/P 430 is a brush cutter designed to guarantee high performance in green maintenance operations, offering effective cutting of grass and shrubs up to 4 cm in diameter. It is designed to be used on tractors from 70 to 100 HP, ensuring wide operational compatibility.
The machine is equipped with a 100 cm cutter head, designed to operate continuously even in demanding conditions. The transmission is direct, while the helical rotor is equipped with Y-shaped articulated blades, designed to ensure a smooth and even cut. The operator also has the option of reversing the direction of rotation, adapting the processing to different field conditions. Inside the head, there is a height-adjustable self-cleaning roller, which contributes to the stability and precision of the cut. The head cover is removable, and there are sturdy front and rear rubber guards.
The arm assembly offers high versatility thanks to its 95° rotation, supported by a geometry designed to work safely even in complex conditions. The arm is equipped with a hydraulic safety device with adjustable valve, while both the head and the first arm feature a floating system designed to automatically follow the unevenness of the ground. The equipment is completed by a safety shock absorber with nitrogen accumulator and automatic return, which protects the structure from impacts and overloads. The hydraulic circuit also benefits from a double oil filter on the suction and discharge sides, guaranteeing reliability over time.
In addition to the standard configuration, the FB/P 430 can be customised with a series of dedicated options, including electro-hydraulic or electro-pneumatic suspension of the first arm, load sensing electric controls with mini joystick and trimmer, further expanding the machine’s range of applications. It is also possible to add a road adaptation kit and electric engine start.
