The RI/2 is a dual-disc inter-row mower with hydraulic retraction, feeler, and independent hydraulic system, developed by Berti to provide precise, safe, and fully mechanical under-row cleaning. Designed to operate with maximum efficiency in modern vineyards and orchards, it offers accurate control around the trunk while ensuring high productivity.

The machine can be mounted on mulchers with central attachment and is compatible with AF/L, TFB/L, TFB/Y, and TFB/C models. It is equipped with an independent hydraulic system comprising a triple pump and tank, ensuring autonomy and continuous operation, while the heat exchanger with thermostat maintains the system at the ideal temperature, guaranteeing reliable performance even under intensive work conditions.

Standard equipment includes dual 650 mm inter-row discs with hydraulic retraction and feeler, allowing controlled approach to the plant, protecting the trunk and providing clean and precise cutting. The engine is engaged via electric control, while the floating disc system, mechanically adjustable, ensures optimal adaptation to uneven terrain. Working tilt and arm articulation are mechanically adjustable, allowing simple and precise configuration according to operational needs. Hydraulic opening and closing of the discs, also managed via electric control, provide ease and speed in maneuvering.

Optional configurations include 450 mm discs, lighter and suitable for narrower spaces, or 800 mm discs to increase available inter-row clearance. A hydraulic articulation adjustment with electric control is also available, further enhancing machine precision and versatility.
