MECHANICAL WIRE WEEDER
The ECOLOGY is the new mechanical wire weeder designed to be mounted on mulchers for under-row managementin vineyards and orchards, providing a careful, chemical-free maintenance solution. Thanks to its wire technology, available in diameters ranging from 3 to 8 mm, the machine performs precise grass cutting and accurate cleaning around the trunk, ensuring plant-friendly operation even in sensitive areas.
The ECOLOGY can be powered either by an independent hydraulic system or by the tractor’s hydraulic system, offering maximum operational flexibility.
Standard features include an independent hydraulic system, electrical control for function management, and hydraulic adjustment of height, tilt, and rotor speed. These elements allow the operator to quickly adapt the work to varying ground conditions and crop requirements.
The ECOLOGY is compatible with Berti mulchers AF/L (models 135–220), TFB/L, TFB/Y, and TFB/C, ensuring perfect integration with existing equipment and enabling efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly mechanical under-row management.
