A visit from Sterenn Equipements

We recently welcomed the Sterenn Equipements after-sales team to our headquarters for a two-day event dedicated to discovering the technologies, production processes and after-sales management that make our mulchers a benchmark in the field of professional equipment for agricultural green management.

The visit was an important opportunity for technical and commercial discussion, as well as a chance to learn more about the solutions developed by the company.

A tour into the heart of Berti production

The guided tour of Berti Macchine Agricole’s production facilities kicked off the training programme.

During the tour, customers were able to see up close all the stages involved in the manufacture of Berti mulchers, from quality checks on incoming materials and rotor balancing to painting and assembly.

One aspect that was particularly appreciated by our French partners was the direct dialogue with production operators, who explained in detail the manufacturing processes and technical considerations that guarantee the reliability and durability of the equipment over time.

This has provided a concrete understanding of the company’s commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards on the market and a production process strongly focused on precision and solidity.

Technical discussion with the Berti R&D team

One of the highlights of the visit was the technical discussion with the Research and Development team. During this phase, several models that are particularly representative of Berti’s production were analysed, including:

  • B-Flex, Variant and AV for the mower range
  • The SF2 semi-forestry mulcher
  • The TA/MF mulchers for embankments and ditches
  • The open field system consisting of B/WINGS and D/PRO

Discussions with technicians provided an opportunity to explore the engineering solutions implemented by the company. These opportunities for direct dialogue represent fundamental added value for those who represent the Berti brand in the field every day, allowing them to understand the design choices and application possibilities of the various machines.

Dialogue for mutual growth

The two-day event concluded with a technical and commercial discussion with the After Sales Manager team, led by manager Filippo Scala. Moments like these confirm the importance of direct dialogue between manufacturers and commercial partners, a fundamental element in continuing to innovate and improve solutions dedicated to the agricultural world.
