Hydraulic mulching head for excavators

TBM/SB A.V.T. is a hydraulic forestry mulcher designed for excavators with an operating weight between 12 and 16 tonnes, ideal for managing grass, reeds, brambles, bushes and shrubs up to a diameter of 15-18 cm. It is available in sizes 100, 120 and 140, ensuring versatility according to operational requirements.

The machine features a double HARDOX casing, with lateral belt transmission, automatic belt tensioner, support roller and skids, while the automatic variable displacement hydraulic piston motor, managed by the Berti Fluid Box system, ensures power and reliability in the most demanding operations.

The forestry rotor is equipped with BERTI forged and tempered retractable single-cut hammers type “MF1”, accompanied by bolted counter-hammers to optimise shredding and operator safety.

On request, the machine can be equipped with a customised mounting saddle, swivel turntable, jack for opening and closing the bonnet, ON/OFF or proportional solenoid valve with push-button panel, and motor upgrade, thus customising the shredder to specific requirements.
