Hydraulic mulching head for excavators

TBM/SB is a hydraulic forestry mulcher designed for excavators with an operating weight between 12 and 16 tonnes, ideal for shredding grass, reeds, brambles, bushes and shrubs with a diameter of up to 15–18 cm. It is available in three working widths: 100, 120 and 140 cm.

The machine is constructed with a double Hardox casing and features a side belt drive with automatic tensioner, support roller and skids, hydraulic piston motor and Berti Fluid Box hydraulic management system. The forestry rotor is equipped with Berti forged and tempered hammers with a single cutting edge, type MF1, combined with sturdy bolted counter-hammers, ensuring high cutting performance even in the most demanding conditions.

On request, TBM/SB can be equipped with a custom-made attachment saddle, rotating fifth wheel, hydraulic jack for opening and closing the bonnet, on/off or proportional solenoid valve with dedicated push-button panel and motor upgrade.
