Hydraulic mulching head for excavators
EFX/SB A.V.T. is a hydraulic forestry mulcher designed for excavators with an operating weight between 20 and 35 tonnes, ideal for shredding grass, reeds, brambles, bushes and shrubs up to Ø 40 cm. It is available in sizes 120, 140 and 160, offering versatility for different forestry applications.
The machine is constructed with a double casing in Strenx and HARDOX, equipped with a lateral belt drive and support slides. The automatic variable displacement hydraulic piston motor, integrated with the Berti Fluid Box, ensures constant power and optimised hydraulic flow management.
The SMOOTHCUT forestry rotor is equipped with fixed tools with “XF” type widia inserts, ensuring precise and long-lasting cuts even on the most resistant materials.
On request, the brush cutter can be equipped with a customised mounting bracket, a jack for opening/closing the bonnet, and an ON/OFF or proportional solenoid valve with push-button panel, for complete and customised operational control.
