ECF/SB is a hydraulic forestry mulcher designed for excavators with an operating weight between 18 and 30 tonnes, ideal for managing grass, reeds, brambles, bushes and shrubs up to a diameter of 35 cm. It is available in sizes 120, 140 and 160, allowing it to adapt to different operational requirements.

The machine features a double casing in Strenx and HARDOX, with lateral belt drive and support skids, while the hydraulic piston motor combined with the Berti Fluid Box ensures constant power and reliable operation even in harsh conditions.

The SMOOTHCUT forestry rotor is equipped with retractable BERTI forged and tempered hammers, available in double cutting edge “DF” type, single-edged “MF” type or single-edged with wear-resistant coating “MWF” type, ensuring durability and high performance.

On request, the brush cutter can be equipped with a customised mounting bracket, a jack for opening and closing the bonnet, an ON/OFF or proportional solenoid valve with push-button panel, and motor upgrade, offering customised configurations for any forestry application.
